In most circumstances, Techano collects personal information directly from you, for example:

Techano is likely to disclose the personal information that it collects and holds about you to third parties who are not in Australia (including parties who are located in New Zealand, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, and South Africa). Please note that the data protection and other laws of countries to which your information may be disclosed might not be as comprehensive as those in Australia. In all cases, by providing your personal information to us or using our Services, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information outside Australia and acknowledge that Techano is not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites that we provide a link to, plugins or widgets from, social media or other sites operated and maintained by third parties over which Techano has no control over.
