We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in Gold Coast one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Estimated shipping times are between 1-3 business days depending on the service you select at checkout, however during busy periods shipping can take up to 7 days.

All orders offer free shipping over $50. The free shipping option will be available at checkout if you reach the minimum amount. Free Shipping is standard shipping only which you need to all 3-5 working days for delivery.

Our express shipping option which is available at checkout is our fastest method of shipping which is normally overnight if ordered are received before 1pm on a business day.

Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

Extended COVID-19 restrictions in various states are impacting some of our delivery operations, including air freight capacity. Our delivery network has also been affected by increased online shopping activity, meaning in some areas we are seeing parcel volumes similar to Christmas 2020.
