WHO IS COVERED? This limited two-year warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original Techano Authorized sales retailer is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products which are physical damaged.
WHAT IS COVERED? Techano Products (“Techano”) warrants that this product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date (“Limited Warranty Period”).
Please contact warranty@techano.com.au in regard to any items that need to be returned. Credits will be issued, or replacement stock offered where an incorrect or faulty item has been delivered. All credits and replacement will be at the discretion of Techano.
All new products sold by Techano comes with manufactures warranty. The warranty covers all manufacture faults, excluding misuse of the product (physical or liquid damage etc) please refer to the manufactures website for further warranty details.
